Dissertation Proposal Approved!

Today I received the news that my dissertation proposal has been approved. Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are officially through.

While there is still substantial work ahead, including revisions and the letting go of elements I had hoped to keep, this approval marks a significant step forward toward my doctorate.

I am deeply grateful for the guidance and rigor of my committee and for the support that has carried me through this stage of the process. This moment feels less like an arrival and more like a clear permission to continue.
